Live published Annex I check

Check whether a product and company activity may fall under EUDR.

Enter a CN/HS code and Filovara will check it against the same versioned Annex I reference used in the Case workspace, then combine the technical match with your activity and company context.

Live published Annex I checkCode only · no account

Automatic code matching is a technical indicator only. Confirm the exact CN classification, product description, ‘ex’ headings, material exceptions, and the cited Annex I version before relying on it.

What does the free EUDR Scope Checker do?

It gives a preliminary, explainable starting point based on the product-code coverage, market activity, company location and size, timing, and EUTR context that you enter. It helps identify what to verify next; it does not determine legal scope or verify the facts supplied.

Inputs used for the preliminary scope result

The checker combines the commodity group and candidate CN or HS code with the activity being performed, where the company is established, its size, when the activity occurs, and whether relevant timber products were previously covered by the EUTR. Each result shows the reasons produced by the selected answers instead of returning an unexplained yes or no.

What to confirm before relying on the outcome

Confirm the current Annex I product classification, the company’s actual role in the transaction, the applicable size test and establishment date, any relevant exemptions, and the timing of placing, making available, or exporting the product. Those facts can change the result and should be checked against current official material or qualified advice.

Current EUDR application timetable

The current EU timetable distinguishes large and medium enterprises from most micro and small enterprises, with a specific exception for certain timber products already covered by the EUTR. Use the dated timetable page for the current official dates and source links before making a filing decision.
